Design/Build Construction allows a cost expert to be involved during the phase when up to 90% of the cost-saving opportunities exist. The client contracts with Hasslen Construction to provide total design and construction services needed for the project. We assemble a team of architects/engineers along with mechanical and electrical contractors to provide the client with an efficient, well-planned building experience. The client’s control of the entire process is strengthened by contracting wit a single firm that is unconditionally committed to the success of the project. |

Design/Build Construction |

The Owner retains an architect or engineer to prepare drawings and specifications and separately selects Hasslen Construction Company to perform the construction either by negotiation or competitive bid. We work with our team of subcontractors to provide value-pricing based on your plans and specifications with either fixed-price or guaranteed maximum contracts. We have our very own highly-skilled craftsmen to perform a large percentage of the trade work on each project. One area of expertise is in concrete construction. Our ACI-certified (American Concrete Institute) professionals offer a complete list of concrete applications including: slabs-on-grade, concrete walls/footings/columns, equipment/isolation pads, sidewalk installation, elevated concrete flatwork/slab-on-deck and more. |

General Construction Contracting |

Hasslen Construction also performs specialty subcontracting work on building projects. These services include concrete work (as stated above), rough and finish carpentry, crane service and general construction. |

Specialty Subcontracting |
|
Hasslen Construction is hired by the Owner at the same time as the architect/engineer and is involved in the design, planning and construction of the project. The construction manager is responsible exclusively to the owner and acts in the owner’s interest at every stage of the process utilizing his skill and knowledge of construction to clarify cost and time consequences of design decisions as well as their construction feasibility. |
